With a vision for building something meaningful, Houseworks' founder brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience to everything the team does.

With over 14 years of experience in the greater Milwaukee real estate market, Charlie has had the privilege of helping clients buy and sell over 750 homes. Beyond his work as a realtor, Charlie is passionate about home remodeling and investing, he's personally owned, flipped, and renovated over $8.5 million worth of real estate.

When he's not working, you'll often find him playing guitar or piano and writing music. He lives in Cedarburg with his wife, Jeni, and their two daughters, Rosie and Lucy.

Thoughtful and detail-driven, Houseworks' design director shapes the look and feel behind everything the team does. From material selections to brand identity, Samantha brings an eye for understated, timeless design.

With a degree in graphic design and a background in marketing, Samantha oversees the design direction for the team and leads selections and architectural planning for design-build projects.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, biking, and making stained glass.

With deep roots in Ozaukee County, Elizabeth brings both market knowledge and genuine community connection to every transaction. With a strong background in sales, she's a strong advocate for her clients and takes pride in guiding them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence and care.

Whether clients are buying their first home or selling a property they've loved for years, she's there to make the process as smooth and successful as possible. She lives in Mequon with her husband, Mike, and their two sons, Beau and Jack. Family is everything to Elizabeth, and it's a big part of why she's so passionate about helping others find the right place to call home.

With an eye for potential and a passion for the process, Kaitlyn makes sure every transaction runs smoothly from contract to closing. With six years of experience in real estate, she has developed a genuine love for home remodel projects and helping people see the maximum value in their homes.

There's something she finds incredibly satisfying about looking at a space and knowing exactly what it could become, and then helping make that happen. She lives in Mequon with her husband, David, and when she's not working with clients, she's usually dreaming up her next home project.
