Every project begins with a quick conversation to learn about your goals, timeline, and investment range. We’ll answer initial questions and determine if we’re the right fit to bring your vision to life.

Next, we visit your home or property to better understand the space, take measurements, and discuss your ideas in detail. This helps us define the project scope and identify opportunities or challenges early on.

Design Consultation
After our visit, we’ll provide a conceptual budget range and outline the next steps. This gives you a clear sense of the potential investment before we dive into detailed design and pricing.

Preliminary Proposal
Once you’re ready, we begin the design and pre-construction phase. This includes coordinating with trade partners, gathering detailed scopes, finalizing selections, and preparing a full project plan.
Deliverables: a finalized budget, schedule, and construction plan.

Agreement + Deposit
With everything confirmed, we move into construction. We manage all aspects of the build, coordinate trades, and keep you informed throughout the process to ensure your project is completed smoothly.
