Glendale Remodel Update

We’re making strong progress on our Glendale whole-home remodel, and the project is moving into its final major phases. Several key finishes are now complete, and the remaining work is lined up over the next couple of weeks.

Here’s where things stand.

Hardwood Floors: Installed and Stained

The hardwood floors are fully installed and stained. This is one of the biggest visual upgrades in the home and sets the base for all remaining finishes. The tone is warm, neutral, and works well with the overall design direction.

Fresh Paint Throughout

All rooms have been painted. The color palette is light and neutral to keep the home bright and appealing to a wide range of buyers. Fresh paint immediately cleans up and modernizes the space and pairs well with the new floors.

Bathroom Tile: In Progress

Tile work is underway in both bathrooms. Once tile is complete, we will move into fixtures, lighting, and final bathroom details.

What’s Next

Over the next couple of weeks, we will complete:

Spring Market Timing
